We offer cancer patients access to a state-of-the-art PET/CT scanner which will assist physicians in the diagnosis, stage evaluation and treatment of cancer.

In one rapid exam, doctors can receive the critical diagnostic information needed to give patients the best possible care. Instead of two separate scans, doctors now gain exceptional images and information for diagnosis of cancer, which would normally take more than twice the time to provide. The new PET/CT more accurately pinpoints location for surgery and radiation therapy as well as preserving healthy tissue. The PET/CT also assists in detecting recurrence of cancer, differentiating scar tissue from cancer cells.
