Dr. Schlager is a board certified Radiation Oncologist through the American Board of Radiology.
She attended Drexel University School of Medicine (formally Medical College of PA) to acquire her medical degree. She did a radiology internship and residency at the same institution. She completed her residency in radiation oncology at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA and received the Schatz Award for Outstanding Resident of the Year.
She remained on staff at Albert Einstein Medical Center and became the chief radiation oncologist at Germantown Hospital. Dr. Schlager also became an assistant professor at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in the Department of Radiological Sciences, Radiation Therapy and Nuclear Medicine.
She then joined the Radiology Affiliates in Trenton, NJ where she became the director of the radiation oncology program at St. Mary Medical Center. Throughout her career, she has been awarded the national Top Doc in Radiation Oncology several times.
